Mamma Vincenza’s biscuits are an essential part of breakfast, for those who love tradition and for those who do not neglect old traditional recipes.
It all starts with a hole made in a bit of flour where eggs, milk, sugar, margarine and yeast are added, and after being baked, these “dippable” biscuits are ready.

DIE LÖFFELKEKSE
Le mani sono gli unici utensili che usa Mamma Vincenza. Il cucchiaio, è l’unico strumento che viene usato per fare questi biscotti che le nonne, in altri tempi, non facevano mai mancare alle proprie famiglie. Infatti, in tempi remoti, i biscotti al cucchiaio venivano preparati ed offerti anche nelle ricorrenze più importanti come matrimoni, battesimi e comunioni.
The hands are the only tools that Mamma Vincenza uses. A spoon is the only extra tool that is used to make these biscuits that our grandmothers, in the past, always made for their families.
In fact, in ancient times, spoon biscuits were prepared and offered also during the most important occasions such as weddings, christenings and first holy communions.
Die Hände sind das einzige Werkzeuge, das Mama Vincenza verwendet. Der Löffel ist das einzige Instrument, das genutzt wird, um die Kekse zu formen, die in anderen Zeiten in den Familien der Großmütter niemals fehlten.
In der Tat wurden diese Löffelkekse in weit entfernten Zeiten auch für wichtige Anlässe wie Hochzeiten, Taufen und Kommunionen zubereitet und angeboten.
