La ciambella lievitata è una brioches di origine esclusivamente ciociara caratterizzata dal gusto apportato dal sapore dell’anice. Diventa una giusta merenda o dessert dal sapore unico con all’interno cioccolata o marmellata. Per dare forma alle ciambelle lievitate, non si usano macchine industriali, ma semplicemente mani esperte.
Leavened doughnuts are brioches exclusively of Ciociara origin characterised by a slight anise flavouring. It is a great snack or dessert with a unique flavour and with chocolate or jam inside.
To shape the leavened doughnuts, no industrial machines are used, but simply experienced hands.
Der Hefekringel ist ein Brötchen, das seine Herkunft ausschließlich in der Ciociaria hat und dessen Geschmack durch ein Anisaroma charakterisiert wird. Er wird mit Schokolade oder Marmelade im Inneren zu einem einzigartigen Snack oder Dessert. Um dem Hefekringel Form zu verleihen, werden keine Industriemaschinen verwenden, sondern einfach nur erfahrene Hände.
